My lawyer and case is in another state and my lawyer has not been answering any of my phone calls. I know that she has been ill in and out of the hospital. I live in another state and found out today that I have court tomorrow for motion to compel mediation and discovery. She is handling my case. I have no clue if she knows of the court date or not. What happens if she doesn’t show up?

We asked the lawyer to do it a month ago, but he still hasnt done it. He acted like it was no problem. Does he have to go in front of the judge?
