Hi, the thing is that me and my boyfriend bought a house, car and pay bills together. We broke up a while ago, and I was wondering what kind of lawyer I could look for that can help me with the legal matters of the house, since we’re both on the loan together, and I would like to put the house for sale or get out of the loan, since I don’t trust him; and for the car and stuff.
We were together for four years.
And I don’t really want us to sell the house and him keeping all the money, or him keeping the car (because his name is on the loan with mine, and I pay the car monthly)
I’m also from Georgia.

We need a lawyer to help answer the summons and how long does it take until they auction off the house in NY state? Also what kind of proof would we need to have to prove that Wells Fargo hasn’t done anything they claim they can do to help us keep the house?

I have a friend (well ex-friend now) that is threatening to sue me for alienation of affections. She and her husband are seperating and she is trying to blame me. She hasn’t filed the claim yet, but is insiting to him that she will. What kind of lawyer should I see?

My husband is going to be working for his dad (who owns his own company) his dad wants him to become partners with him eventually. I want to write up a contract of his employment to secure my husbands spot in the company. To make it fair for us and for his dad. I want to take the contract to a lawyer to look at to make sure everything is legitimate. I don’t know what type of lawyer I need to take it to.

I am 15 and i want to move out of the house as a legal adult. But i have to get a lawyer that do this specific kind of job. I am capable of being on my own. I make 2k or more online so i can pay for my living and food. All i need is a good lawyer but i don’t know how to find a lawyer for this kind of problem.
