Zahrain’s lawyer fails to serve letter of demand
PENANG: Bayan Baru Member of Parliament Datuk Seri Zahrain Mohamed Hashim’s lawyer did not get to serve a letter of demand to Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng after he was barred from going up to Lim’s office on the 28th floor of the Komtar building here by its security personnel yesterday.

My lawyer says I need to send a demand to a credit card company that’s reporting false information?

He’s not my lawyer for this matter, but told me I need to send a demand to my credit card company for reporting false information to the credit bureaus. I have already disputed it without success. What is a demand letter? Where could I find a copy of one?
