The Defendant was completely within his right to remove the shoes from the booth. I’m a security supervisor and I tell my guards all the time not to leave personal propery at the desk. Just because the Plaintiff did that for seven years doesn’t mean it was right, it just means he was getting away with breaking the rules for a long time. You either put your shoes in your locker where they belong or bring them home with you at the end of the day if you don’t have one.
I can’t believe that this judge is back after so long, and he has to decide this stupid stupid case about smelly shoes.

Of all the judge shows I’ve seen (P’sC, JJ, JJB, JM, JA, Christina’s Court, Karen, EfE) JM is the only judge who interrupts constantly, then gets annoyed when she doesn’t get the full story.
At the end, Harvey accidentally says Judge Milian instead of Wapner.
