Im not giving any details but pretty much i just need to know what type of lawyer handles school harrassment!

Use one who does a general practice, and not a specialty practice of law.
IN the real world, probably none as harassment is tough to prove, impossible to set a damage to,. and too expensive to prosecute. Call the local bar association.
