You don’t need to be read your Rights, THEY need to be read your Rights you have Claimed or else you are playing their game, and they win their game everytime. You can even refuse consent to give your name, “identification” or anything else.. until they can prove They have Claim of Right to order you around. When you start “complying” with their orders they may presume that authority.. that’s via their legalese. Just know there is a difference between Legal and Lawful.

  5. HelmetBlissta says:

@ 4.20 (ish) “police may legally lie to you ” , WTF ?? That doesn’t sound right. We should have that law changed.

DAMN RIGHT you don’t know what the previous owner of your used car might have stashed in it. I bought an old used 1977 buick regal off a 75 year old lady. She bought it used off a car lot. About 2 years after I bought the car I finally got around to giving it a real cleaning. I had my hand vaccum in hand and pulled out the back seat. Along with candy wrappers and junk I found roach clips and “a baggy”. I nearly Shit myself. I could have been bagged by the cops for this stuff.

Used all of this, I know the police are doing their job but they can get tough. And boy did they do all they could to shaft me. I just asserted my rights. Hey, they have a tough job but everyone should watch this video.

  9. greling says:

Dirty cops will plant drugs when they search you against your wikk. Dirty cops will also lie and say that you consented to a search and later regretted it. Dirty cops will then point to the “evidence” they left on you and claim you are the one lying. Your word against theirs, but all the all-white jury can see at the moment is drugs.

Whenever you deal with bureaucrats (including cops), you’ve already lost. It’s just up to you how much you lose. Keeping your cool is simply damage control. Moreover, as Sun Tzu wrote, every battle is won before it is fought. If you want to retaliate against the police, and have victory: 1) be sure you have numbers on your side, videotaping what happens. 2) Be sure you know the law, and can afford the coming legal battle. Check out Marc Stevens on youtube “beating civil traffic tickets”

  13. walkeraj says:

@TheMrnonviolent: Incorrect. The Fourth Amendment does indeed protect against unreasonable search and seizure. The ‘unreasonable’ is key. Because it is law, and because we are protected under that law, it is our right to refuse and to be protected. It is not guaranteed that they will not violate the right, of course, but if they do, then it falls to the legal system to show that it was unreasonable. Many times it is.

  14. TheMrnonviolent says:

At 2:50 the suited man asserts the right to refuse searches comes from the 4th amendment. In fact, the right to refuse searches existed before the USA even existed. All humans are born with this right. However, the 4th amendment does express this pre-existing right and does in no way confer said right.

Lord, I admit that I am a sinner. I believed that you died on the cross to pay for my sins. I believe that you rose from the dead and are alive today. I know that without you I am lost forever. Please Forgive my sins and into my life as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
