@PopCulture20 Erykah has been arrested by the Dallas police and issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct only after a witness signed a statement against her, as is required if the police don’t actually witness the offense..
@dsmith6289 as much as I love R&B singer Erykah Badu, if she can’t be arrested for running down the streets of Dallas naked while filming a music video with children around, then how the fuck can a man get arrested for an activity he did in his OWN HOME?
@aznluck I haven’t watched a TYT video in months. Nor do I remember the names of people I talked to last year. I’m here because you brought it up and your profile showed you posted on this video. I didn’t sway anybody to agreeing with that woman, I swayed people into not believing that it’s a fact this woman is lyingor that this man is telling the truth which is what Cenk and many of his sheeple think.

Innocent till proven guilty means the prosecution has to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt otherwise legally u r presumed innocent. Did you even watch this video? The jury took only several minute to make that decision because it was fucking god dang easy…hard case to prove? my ass what so hard about using their fucking common sense? TYT are idiots. They keep saying he was arrested for being naked in his own house. That was not why he was arrested, he was arrested because the police believed he purposely exposed himself. What TYT does not tell you is that in the original case where he was found guilty,another lady testified that he exposed himself to her and his roommate stated he saw him remove the curtains that morning. Being found not quilty does not mean being innocent. TYT and many here can’t seem to grasp that concept.
No aznluck you are still wrong. The jury found him “not guilty”, they did not find him innocent. I told you way back when that they would probably find him not guilty because it’s a hard case to prove. That doesn’t mean the woman was lying, she could be telling the truth. I believe the woman, but if I were on the jury I myself would have probably found him not guilty because all they have her word and no way to tell of his intent.
If you want equality between sex obliterate the law. Sex Laws cause division and are unconstitutional but more over, wasteful. Putting any person in jail for sex is the most wasteful thing anyone can do. Sex is not murder its nice and the freaks that thought different are dead wrong. Free political prisoners around the world now.
