Disgraced Twin Cities lawyer won’t fight penalty
A Minneapolis attorney and former member of the St. Paul Planning Commission stole “at least $1 million” from clients and his law firm and will not fight a petition to disbar him, according to the state board that recommends discipline for attorneys.
